About the Firm

U.S. Tax IQ is a U.S. tax firm work­ing with indi­vid­u­als and busi­ness­es on U.S. and cross-bor­der tax mat­ters. The firm pro­vides tax plan­ning, con­sult­ing, and com­pli­ance ser­vices for indi­vid­u­als and small to mid-sized busi­ness­es.

Leadership

The firm was found­ed by Alex­ey Man­a­suev, Prin­ci­pal and lead tax attor­ney at U.S. Tax IQ. Alex­ey has over 24 years of expe­ri­ence in U.S. and inter­na­tion­al tax mat­ters and works with busi­ness­es, high-net-worth indi­vid­u­als, U.S. cit­i­zens, and green card hold­ers with cross-bor­der tax needs.

He is admit­ted to prac­tice law in New York State, the Dis­trict of Colum­bia, and before the Unit­ed States Tax Court, and holds an LL.M. in Inter­na­tion­al Tax­a­tion from New York Uni­ver­si­ty School of Law. His prac­tice focus­es on com­plex U.S. and cross-bor­der tax plan­ning, com­pli­ance, and rep­re­sen­ta­tion before tax author­i­ties.
